Admission Criteria

1. The administration reserves the right to acceptance.
2. Before considering admission of a student, the initial form must be deposited and signed by a parent at the school in addition to the fee for the pre-admission process. If neither parent is alive or present, the child’s legal guardian can sign the form.
3. A child who has not reached the age of 5 will not be admitted to Semester 1. Admission to higher or lower classes is subject to this rule.
4. A child who has previously attended another recognized school must present a transfer certificate from the school in which they were last enrolled.
5. The transfer certificate from a school outside of Delhi must be signed by the education officer of the relevant region.
6. The municipality must present a birth certificate and proof of residence to admit a child who has not attended any previously recognized school.
7. Particular attention should be paid to correctly entering the child’s name and date of birth.
8. Changes after the date of birth or name will not be allowed.
9. The immunization record must be completed and on file in the office when necessary.
10. Admission to all semesters except preschool is completed after a preliminary examination and/or interview and prescribed fees are paid which cannot be refunded once paid.
11. Before admission and/or change of residence, parents should ensure that adequate transportation arrangements are in place for their apartments from the place of residence to the school and vice versa. No deviation from the specified track or time change will be allowed. Parents who change their address or change their phone number or email ID must officially inform the school of this, so that appropriate changes can be made to the school records. It is imperative that this procedure is carried out personally by the parents themselves and not by correspondence or by their children.
