Admission & Withdrawal

1. The administration reserves the right to deny admission of any student without justification.
2. The registration/admission application form will be signed only by the parents or legal/authorized guardians. The form should contain an actual document containing the date of birth of the child. It should be from one company or “zone panchayat” only. Affidavits or hospital certificates cannot be accepted.
3. Special care should be taken while entering the child’s name and date of birth on the form, as later changes will not be allowed.
4. The school reserves the right to admit a student to a class suitable for his / her level. After screening / interview/negotiation / written test, acceptance will be finalized as per the decision of the management and eligibility after payment of a prescribed fee.
5. The written examination will be conducted for grades I and above in English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Knowledge to assess the eligibility of the candidate.
6. To withdraw a student from school, at least one calendar month must be notified in writing, otherwise, one calendar month will be charged.
7. Names of students who are absent for two weeks without permission are removed.
8. After admission, fees will not be refunded even if the child withdraws.
