1. Fill in the online application form with the “Apply Now” button.

 

• As you enter the online application, prepare for the following:
• Attach a color scanned passport-style photo of each applicant. Approximately 2 x 2 inches tall with a light background. This photo will be used for school identification cards when registering.
• Complete the online application form.
• Choose your payment option and press “Submit”.

2. When you are asked to pay the fee, you will have the following options:

• Credit card: pay online instantly
• Bank transfer: you will be provided with the necessary details to pay by bank transfer
• Check: you will be provided with the information necessary to pay by check
• Good to know:
• Each application fee is valid for two years of consideration.
• The payment will secure the applicant within the priority category, based on the admission requirements.

3.Scanned copy of official school report cards (last two years reports and last semester report when available)

• Confidential recommendations / recommendations from teachers. Fill in your child’s / teacher’s name and the school’s official email address (private email addresses are not accepted). Online forms will be sent directly to the tutor to request a confidential recommendation.
• For Middle and High School Applicants: We need three confidential recommendations, be ready with the names and emails of the current or most recent applicant:
• Consultant or manager
• English teacher
• Math teacher
• Scanned copies of the information/photo page for passports for parents and applicants.
• For Pre-K to Fifth Grade Applicants: Get a scanned drawing or writing your child/children recently made
• For Middle and High School Applicants: We want your voices included! Download the student questionnaire and ask your child to fill out the form, scan it, and submit it online.
