Admission process
The application form for admission to the school is available at the school or the school website. Final admission is subject to verification of documents to be submitted in original. A photocopy will not be accepted as evidence. However, a set of photocopies of the required documents will be attached to the entry/enrollment form. Admission is given purely on the basis of merit followed by test and interview.

Photocopy of municipal certificate of birth certificate certified by a first-class officer or first class magistrate.
Four passport size photographs of the student and two passport size photographs of the mother and father or guardian.
Please Note: A transfer Certificate from the previous school will be required once admission is granted.

Original documents will have to be produced at the time of the meeting for verification.
Aster Public School, Greater Noida Fee Structure:
The fee should be paid not later than the 15th of the month between 8 AM-1 PM in the School Office. In the event of a holiday on the 15th, the fee will have to be deposited a day in advance.
Fee payable for twelve months:
As per rule no. 14 of the Education Act, all fees and funds will be charged from the students for the entire period of twelve months at the rates specified in these rules, except in the following case: One student will not be charged another for the same month as a government or assistant. In transfer from school to another government or assistant school: Provided you produce proof of tuition and payment of money in the old school.
We prefer online payment, card, or cash. In case of payment by cheque, the check will be given to Aster Public School. The check will be accepted subject to the condition that if non-payment is requested, Rs.200/- will be cashed and no check will be accepted in the future.
School fees are charged for a period of 3 months.
Name of the expiring student due to non-payment of fees and contributions:
As per rule no. In section 167 of the Education Act, if a student fails to pay school fees and contributions or is in arrears with a penalty before the last business day of the month, his name will be removed from the school’s roster on the last business day of the month. and can be re-submitted with payment of all school fees including fresh admission fee.
Transport facilities will not be provided/discontinued in the middle of the session.
The school office is also open during summer/winter vacations but is closed on all notified holidays.
