Dr. F. Bhatnagar, a great visionary and philosopher with a tireless enthusiasm for creating new perspectives in the field of education, has been and continues to enrich youth for a glorious future that allows them to adapt to the real world while walking alone on the fragile life. . It has achieved tremendous success in training students with a strong personality, high moral values and a firm respect for indigenous traditions with a rational, scientific, creative and progressive outlook.

Dr. F. Bhatnagar has contributed immensely to the growth and development of society, not only through the tool of education with its tireless dedication and long-standing enthusiasm but also through various social contributions – financial and in-kind, to the disadvantaged.

For his contributions to education and the advancement of disadvantaged people, the National Press of India awarded him the Rashtriya Samman Award for Best Teacher of the Year 1993.
