The academic session is from April to March. Summer vacation begins around the third week of May until the end of June.
Registration for the kindergarten category starts based on government notification and guidelines issued from time to time. Registration for other classes begins around the third week of February.
Rules and regulations
- Speak English all the time because it is a medium of instruction.
- Get the books scheduled for the new session within a week of the details of the results.
- Read the school newspapers regularly to be well informed about rules, discipline codes, QMS, EMS, etc.
- Keep school magazines regularly and make appropriate notes.
- Do not carry books, periodicals, or any other material rejected by the Director.
- Compensation for damage to school property.
- Do not scramble on walls and furniture.
- Turn off lights and fans before leaving class for assembly, PT, computer class, library, etc.
- Meet in the upper area immediately after storing the backpack in the classroom. (Morning before assembly bell)
- Do not leave class in the absence of the teacher.
- When you are out of class for any reason, get written permission in your class pass / medical pass or school journal.
- Keep classroom and school facilities clean, neat, and organized at all times.
- Greet the principal, teachers, and people around you.

School Fee Details
- School fees are accepted by check only.
- Check Presentation Convent Senior Sec. Must be payable to Collegio. Write on the back of the check: Student’s name, payment slip number, class, and section.
- Checks are not accepted from remote stations.
- During this period, a “mailbox” will be maintained within the school premises. The check has to be deposited only in the “dropbox”.
- After the last date, as stated above, the fee is only charged by Union Bank of India, S.B. Bullion market during banking. Late payment charges Rs. 100 / – will be charged for the first 15 days, Rs. 200 / – per month will be charged until the fee has been paid.
- If the check is returned/rejected due to insufficient funds / later date / any other, then its payment to the school by payment order only Rs. Will be accepted with 500 / – Rs.
- A fine of Rs. There will be a charge of Rs 25 / – for issuing duplicate rate slips.
- Students should clear all the fees before the examination. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Parents have the option to pay the fees in advance throughout the year. The discount of Rs. 500 / – will be given to those paying full fees in April.
