- The original municipal birth certificate and vaccination schedule for the child.
- Original proof of current residency (by any name of the parent’s name).
- The ration card in the parents’ name with the child’s name on the Ration card.
- Certificate of residence of the child or her parents.
- First voter card for either parent.

- A passport in the name of one of the parents of the child
- Recent passport-size color photos on white background For mother, father, and son.

- Certificate of medical fitness and original recognition commitment only. (The format can be downloaded from the school website bbpsgr.balbharati.org).
- Affidavit of the firstborn (the form can be downloaded from the school Bbpsgr.balbharati.org), if applicable.
- Original copy of Certificates X and XII of BBPS GR / PR Campus or Xth Class certificate with proof of a minimum of 5 years of school residency (BBPS Campus GR / PR), if applicable.
- The oldest (original) pay stub for the older child if any.
Admission details
Admission to the school is possible at three levels: preschool, all grades up to IX except for preschool, semester eleventh, and semester twelve
Pre-school admission
- There are 368 places in preschool.
- Admission to the nursery is according to government regulations.
- Notice of registration is displayed on the notice board at the school reception and on the school website once the process begins.
- Application forms are only available online, based on the dates specified by the government.
- At the time of acceptance, the list of documents to be attached to the application form will be notified.
Admission to other classes
Admission to other classes is subject to seat availability.
Information about this can be obtained at the school reception desk during the first week of April.
Admission to the eleventh class
The school offers three streams: Humanities, Science, and Commerce to students in the eleventh semester.
