Instructions for filling out the online application form

1. All necessary details must be filled out with due consideration.
2. Changes and modifications of any kind will not be accepted once the form has been submitted. Besides the form, upload passport size photos of the father, mother, and child, with a clear face image, in jpg format, png (100 KB), and a copy of proof of address (500 KB) as per the registration form.
3. After filling out the form correctly, please proceed to pay the online registration fee of Rs. 25 / – (non-refundable).
4. The registration process will be considered completed only after completing the form and paying the registration fee.
5. After approval, each form will be issued with a unique identification number. This number will be used for any additional correspondence related to the admission process.
6. A copy of the completed form and acknowledgment of the registration fee will also be sent to the email ID you provided.
7. The impression must be made about it for the future.
8. All supporting documents will be reviewed and physically verified before admission is granted.
