1. An application/registration form can be obtained from our front desk, completed and presented at the Green Fields Public School front desk, Vivek Vihar, at which time the student’s name will be registered for admission.
2. It is also possible to register online through our website.
3. Parents must complete and sign the application / registration form and other necessary documents with due diligence. In the event that this form is filled out by the tutors, it must be clearly mentioned on the form.
4. The admission award will be the absolute recognition of the school.
5. Acceptance of admission fees is not a guarantee of admission. Admission should only be temporary until all documents have been verified and school authorities determine that they are correct.

1. Certified copies of the following documents must be attached with the completed registration forms.
2. Birth certificate (copy of the same at the time of registration and original at the time of admission for verification)
3. Paper grades from the previous year for the second class onwards.
4. Certificate of transfer (original at the time of admission for the second category and beyond)
5. Four recent passport size color photos of the student.
